En-Able Disability Awareness

The En-able programme is empowering teachers to confidently support students with diverse learning needs and disabilities in their classrooms. Partnering with Trinayani, an NGO renowned for its extensive expertise in disability awareness and fostering inclusivity, the initiative introduces participatory and exploratory approaches to understanding the wide spectrum of disabilities, making inclusivity an integral part of everyday learning.

The training sessions are led by Ms. Ritika Sahni, a passionate Disability Campaigner, Trainer, and the Founder Trustee of Trinayani. Her insights and guidance are helping teachers build the skills and confidence needed to create inclusive and supportive learning environments for all students.
